MjjM Salons Employee Longevity Program

The Employee Longevity Program is one of the (many!) awesome perks of working for a SUPERCUTS operated by MjjM Salons. Twice a year, the Longevity Program rewards the loyalty and dedication of hair stylists with extra "cash" to "stash" for the future, and additional paid vacation!

To be eligible, hair stylists must be with MjjM Salons for a minimum of 3 continuous years and maintain certain productivity levels. The longer the tenure, the higher the reward!

The Employee Longevity Program is one the ways we say "THANK YOU!" to our amazing MjjM Salons hair stylists and team members for the commitment and hard work they give everyday.
